I have to express how refreshing it was to call today. I have not phoned before and I actually felt like I had walked into an old time country store from the first sounds on the other end of the line. When Clark came on the line I was impressed by the gentle clarity of his voice, and then again with the help I received with the issue I called about. Within moments it was all taken care of, and I was comfortable enough to remember a question I had wanted to pose for sometime about the training emails I had accidently deleted: could I get them again? Clark directed me to a place on the sight where they were viewable anytime. Further I was easily able to remember the information Clark shared with me because of his calm, unhurried, and gentlemanly tone during our conversation.
